These are some video clips of a pod of dolphins I saw while whale watching with my school (and random strangers whose voices end up making their way into my movie). Unfortunately all of the best footage is in a different clip that is way too large to put on here, as well as too big to put in imovie to cut up and make smaller, and all thats left are the not so great clips that are just rushing water half the time. Go figure. In that clip by the end you can see that we were literally surrounded by dolphins, from 50-75 of them, it's hard to judge. At times i had trouble deciding where to point them there were so many. Anyhoo, it was a terrific experience, and watch out for Mr. dead jelly at 1:17-20.
Books Art and Dreams
I started this blog pretty much... well because I was bored. I am planning on using it to post random things from my life; dreams, pieces of writing, photographs of drawings I've drawn, and stuff like that. Maybe even some reviews of maga and books that I've read recently.

I Dreamt a Dream Tonight
Last night I had the strangest Dream (pun intended). Most of the people in it were from my eighth grade class, except for my ninth grade composition teacher, Nina LaCour. I suppose I should give a bit of Background information. At my High School when we read books for class one of our assignments is to annotate them, mark them for future reference, to help them help us to write an essay about them. We also have a summer reading assignment.
Now, the dream. We are in this large, but rather narrow, wood building sitting two per table in two rows. I am sitting next to one of my friends Gina. People are talking behind us and she calls to them "Ha. You haven't even started your summer reading assignment." Sheepishly I say to her "well... neither have I."
"Yeah I haven't either." She smiles and returns to annotating the copy of Huckleberry Finn those at my High School were given to annotate and write about over the summer. (Keep in mind that she, nor any one else in the room, goes to my school anymore.) Strange, but apparently my old class is here to do the summer reading and my old teacher seems to be supervising us.
Rosalie, who had been listening to our conversation, calls from across the room as if it completely relevant something about "a pair of parrot colored bits." No, I couldn't have heard her right. Bits? Wits...slits... pits... I flash back to Holden Caulfield and Pheobe and Phonies and remember.
"No, not bits" I call to Rosalie. "Flits!" I say this with perfect confidence. I know exactly what she is talking about.
"You mean prostitutes?" calls Harriet, from yet another table.
"Noo." me and Rosalie say together "Gays"
Nina calls from across the room and I suddenly feel extremely guilty for talking while others are trying hard to work. I know what's coming. Nina is going to tell us off about it. And...
I wake up
First post
I'm not exactly sure why I started this blog or what kind of things I will post on it in the future, but I'm thinking perhaps bit of writing or reviews of books and manga I have read. Hopefully it will develop into something I post on regularly. If I do end up posting reviews, writing and the like thank you in advance to the people who read and comment on anything I write. Have a nice day :)
